Project Objective
This annual event donates all proceeds to various charities throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. It serves as a meaningful cause that unites politicians from across the political spectrum in pursuit of a shared goal. Each year, the organizers have continued to engage our services, expressing confidence in our design expertise and creative approach.
It is truly rewarding to be invited back year after year to design and contribute to such a purposeful and impactful event.
The Process

Discovery & Collaboration
Met with the event organizers to understand the theme, goals, and charitable focus for the year. Reviewed past event materials and identified opportunities to refresh the visual direction while maintaining continuity with the established brand identity. -
Concept Development
Developed creative concepts that reflected the event’s purpose, inclusivity, and spirit of collaboration. Explored established visual brand guidelines to capture both the professional and celebratory nature of the event. -
Design Execution
Produced a comprehensive suite of materials, including event posters, invitations, programs, signage, and digital assets. Ensured all designs communicated the event’s mission and maintained a cohesive look across print and digital platforms. -
Review & Refinement
Presented design drafts for feedback and implemented adjustments based on organizer input. Paid special attention to visual clarity, accessibility, and alignment with the event’s tone and audience. Maintained website updates. -
Delivery & Support
Delivered final design files in multiple formats for printing and online use. Provided ongoing creative support leading up to the event to ensure all materials were consistent and effectively promoted participation and awareness.
Result / Reflection
The client was pleased with the final deliverables. The design review and approval process was extensive, involving multiple committee evaluations. The final outcome reflected a collaborative effort that incorporated diverse perspectives and creative input.
