Project Objective
The client requested the development of promotional and marketing materials for their annual event, which included the creation of a dedicated website. Posters and stationery were designed to complement the overall visual identity and aesthetic of the conference.
The primary objective was to design a clean, user-friendly website that effectively conveyed key event information. The event has since undergone a rebranding initiative.

Discovery & Planning
Conducted an initial consultation with the client to understand the event’s purpose, audience, and desired aesthetic. Established project goals, key deliverables, and a creative direction to ensure brand consistency across all materials. -
Concept Development
Developed visual concepts for the event’s branding and marketing materials, including posters, stationery, and website design. Explored typography, color palettes, and layout options that reflected the conference’s tone and professional appeal. -
Design & Production
Created high-quality promotional and print materials aligned with the established design system. Designed and built a responsive event website that showcased essential event information, registration details, and contact options. -
Review & Refinement
Presented design drafts to the client for feedback and implemented revisions to ensure alignment with the event’s branding goals and messaging consistency across all assets. -
Launch & Handoff
Finalized and delivered all marketing materials for distribution. Launched the event website and provided guidance on basic content management and maintenance procedures. The event has since been rebranded for future iterations.
Result / Reflection
The client was pleased with the final deliverables. The design approval process was extensive, involving multiple review stages and input from a committee. The final product reflected a collaborative effort, incorporating diverse perspectives and creative contributions.
